Terms of reservation
Art.1 - Reservation
The booking can be done either through the automatic on-line, or by making a request through the form or call to one of the contact details found in the bottom of the page.
To confirm your reservation you can take:
a) Details of a valid credit card as guarantee
a) Bank Transfer
b) Payment by Paypal
Art.2 - Validity of booking
The reservation is valid only if confirmed by the B & B, which was given the option of accepting the commitment on payment of the deposit.
Art.3 - Time-release of the rooms
The release of the room, by the customer, must take place from 08.00 to 12.00 on the day of departure. Failure to meet the deadline entitles the b & b the daily price of the room.
Art.4 - Early departures
The client who withdraws early from the agreed stay in the hotel will have to pay the B & B, the room rate for the entire period specified in the reservation.
Art.5 - Delayed room occupancy
The tardy occupation of the room does not entitle the customer to lengthen his stay beyond the established day.
Art.6 - Prohibiting the use of heat-producing appliances
It is prohibited to the customer to use the stove in the room to prepare food or drinks, irons and any other electrical or heat producer except apparatus of ordinary toilet.
Art.7 - Pets
It is forbidden to bring animals into the structure.

Cancellation policy:
- The customer can cancel a reservation within 7 days of the arrival date without any penalty charges.
- For cancellation up to 1 day before the date of arrival will incur a penalty equal to the first night of stay.
- Case of cancellation on the same day of arrival or no show (no show), you will be charged the full amount.
- The cancellation may be communicated by e-mail or phone.
- Case of early departure you will be paid equally the entire stay.
